CF-32 super anti-nano new material water-based self-drying anti-corrosion electronic coating
CF-32 anti-corrosion coating product features
Waterborne one-component cationic epoxy resin coating with strong corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, suitable for transition layer, self-drying, can be heated to promote curing.
CF-32 anticorrosion coating basic parameters:
Appearance: milky white
Ratio: single component
Viscosity: 25±3s
Solid content: 48±2% or so
Specific gravity: 1.01±0.05g/mL
Coating color: colorless
Applicable technology: dip coating, spraying
Curing condition: Room temperature self-drying 24h or 100℃ for 60 minutes.
Suggested film thickness: 15-20um
CF-32 anticorrosion coating construction method (see TDS)
1、Clean the surface of substrate to remove oil and dirt;
2、Use spraying or dip coating method to apply the coating on the surface of the substrate, the ideal dry film thickness of 15-20 microns;
3, Curing: room temperature self-drying 24h or 100 ℃ for 60 minutes.

Water-based epoxy coatings were coated on aluminum, copper and stainless steel, 24h room temperature self-drying, coating thickness of 10 microns, and then immersed in 5% hydrochloric acid (50 ℃), 5% sodium hydroxide (50 ℃), as well as salt spray box for the test
