Rust and corrosion prevention solutions for aluminum battery cells
Original program:
No special corrosion prevention measures were taken previously.
Pain Point:
Battery aluminum cores are prone to corrosion in the electrolyte environment (pH 5-6), leading to rust, which can affect battery performance and service life.
Test Requirements:
Long-term stability test: Long-term corrosion resistance is assessed by immersing the aluminum core in a simulated electrolyte environment for a long period of time (72 hours). The physical and chemical stability of the aluminum core is evaluated through cyclic testing.
Environmental Stress Screening Test: Temperature cycling test and humidity and heat test are conducted on the aluminum core to simulate the environmental conditions in actual use and to check the effect of anti-corrosion measures in different environments.
