CF-S Anti-corrosion Coating Product Characteristics

Single-component coating, can be used for a long time under 150℃, has strong corrosion resistance, anti-corrosion performance is significantly higher than 316L, 100℃ water boiling for 7 days, the film layer does not have any effect.

CF-S basic parameters

Appearance: black color

Ratio: single component

Solid content: 50±2% or so

Coating hardness: 3-4H

Applicable technology: dip coating, spraying

Curing condition: 170℃, keep warm for 30 minutes.

Suggested film thickness: 15-30um

CF-S construction method (see TDS)

1、Substrate surface cleaning to remove oil and dirt;

2、Use spraying or dip coating method to apply the coating on the surface of the substrate, the ideal dry film thickness is 15-30 microns;

3、Curing: 170℃ 30 minutes.
