CFPC-01 Coating Product Characteristics

Bionic coating developed by utilizing the lotus leaf effect, with extremely low surface energy and the micro-nano rough structure of the bionic lotus leaf, the contact angle of the coating>150°, with natural waterproof, anti-condensation, anti-icing and anti-corrosion properties.

 

Basic parameters of CFPC-01 coating

Appearance of coating: milky white

Viscosity: 15±3s

Coating color: white

Contact angle>150°

Applicable technology: spraying, roller coating

Curing condition: heat curing, 240℃ for 1min, or 90℃ for 30min, or room temperature self-drying 72h.

Recommended film thickness: >4um

 

CFPC-01 coating construction method (see TDS)

1、Clean the surface of substrate to remove oil and dirt;

2、Use spraying or roller coating method to apply the coating on the surface of the substrate;

3, curing: heat curing 240 ℃ for 1 minute, or room temperature self-drying 72h .

 

CFPC-01 superhydrophobic anti-condensation and anti-icing electronic coating coating basic performance test.

 

The thermal decomposition temperature of the coating is 265℃, which can meet the requirements of almost all electronic industries. The microstructure of the coating is highly compatible with the microstructure of lotus leaf, showing a high contact angle of 163°.
